
What you do
We want to make your experience as simple as possible.
So you start by locating you bike in the drop down options on our “book your service” page. If you can’t find your bike then you need to contact us to make sure components are serviceable.
The drop down menus will give us enough information to prepare the service kit ready for when your components arrive.
Once you have located your bike, you go through the booking procedure and pay the service fee.
Then you box up your components and send them to us.

What we do
We get a notification that your suspension is going to arrive. We prepare all parts for your service. When you suspension arrives we immediately label it with your job sheet that has all your details on it so we know who’s suspension is who’s.
We carry out the service, assessing the suspension along the way to make sure all the parts of the suspension are in a serviceable state. Anything that requires replacing is quoted to you before the work is carried out. We will try and advise a couple of options if it is possible to do so.
Once your service is carried out, we will write a report and box up your components ready for shipping back to you. Then we book the shipping and get our courier to collect direct from us and deliver direct to you, return shipping is included in our pricing so you Dont have to worry.
